Join local holistic nutritionist, Krystal Ross, to learn how to cook nourishing plant-based meals using locally sourced ingredients! We will cook a full meal together, learning about the health benefits of each ingredient along the way. When we are finished cooking, we will sit down to the meal together to enjoy the fruits of our labor! The meal will be vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and soy free. We will use whole foods that are locally and sustainably grown. This class will be interactive and discussion-based! The meal will include a summer salad, an appetizer/smoothie and a dessert! Pre-registration is required. Minimum of 5 people to run. Meets at Coogan Farm, 162 Greenmanville Ave.
