You don’t need to be a full-time vegetarian to help the planet. Eating meatless once a week can have a positive impact on the planet and your own health. Each month, a different chef will demonstrate how to make a favored recipe and help you eat good food with a positive impact. Meets in the Lattner Kitchen at Coogan Farm. This program is suited for adults.

Members: $17 per class, Nonmembers: $20 per class
